After distillation, Karnavat Vodka is brought to bottle strength by cutting it with ice rather than unfrozen water. Keeping the spirit cold throughout this step helps preserve smoothness and a clean texture on the palate. This cold process plays a key role in the vodka’s soft finish and easy drinkability. Karnavat Vodka is then filtered through activated carbon while held below freezing temperature. Filtering cold allows for a higher level of refinement, removing trace elements that can affect texture and finish. What remains is a vodka of exceptional clarity, smoothness, and balance.
